Brian Atnip has served as president to Chapter 7 for over 6 years. While in office he has been instrumental at Lobby Days. Speaking to State Senators and Representatives about State employee’s concerns and asking the tough questions whether it was regarding our retirement, safety or benefits.

    Dee Dee Powell has been with MoDOT District 7 for the last two years in Customer Service.  Prior to working at MoDOT Dee Dee worked for Congressman Roy Blunt in his Joplin office as his Minority Outreach Coordinator.  She brings experience in government both federal and state and a desire to help employees retain and improve their working conditions and benefits.  DeeDee is excited to take this match and keep the fire burning. We are delighted and looking forward in supporting Dee Dee in her new position.
