In 1995 the State Legislation voted in the Deferred Compensation Bill. In this bill it was passed to have State Matching Funds up to $25.00 per month to match what the employee was contributing. In 1998 we testified for the contribution factor to our Deferred Compensation Plan to be increased to $75.00. It was Approved with the contributing factor to be appropriated by the Legislature yearly. But those matching funds have never been appropriated.
